Location: Frisco, TX
Pay: $28-$31/hour
Contract Length - 6 months
Role is 100% onsite
Weβre seeking a detail-oriented Customer Master Data Analyst to help maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer data within CRM systems. This role supports reporting, analytics, and key business initiatives by enabling a single, trusted view of the customer.
What youβll do:
β’ Analyze, maintain, and cleanse customer master data
β’ Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, and Data Governance teams
β’ Support data integrations, system enhancements, and automation efforts
β’ Define and track data quality metrics
β’ Onboard new customers and store chains with accurate data mapping
β’ Act as a subject matter expert for end-to-end master data processes
β’ Support product launches, M&A activity, and business initiatives
What you bring:
β’ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
β’ Experience with CRM or customer master data
β’ Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
β’ Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR
β’ High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience
