Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong experience in SQL and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and manage data
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insights
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational teams
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and business rules
• Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytics role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard development and reporting
• Strong skills in data analysis, data cleansing, and visualization
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Python, Excel, or Power BI
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Knowledge of KPIs, business intelligence, and performance reporting
