Summary:
This team is the partner management team for the Company Store, responsible for overseeing several tiers of partners and helping them optimize their performance on the platform. The team provides partners with insights and custom data pulls that supplement the self-service data available in Partner Center, offering a broader view of platform trends and business performance. They aim to deliver both custom and standardized reports to partners, especially to address data needs that partners cannot fulfill themselves, and to help partners understand how their business compares to overall platform trends.
Responsibilities:
β’ Source and QC data for semi-annual meetings with video game publishers and developers
β’ Convert semi-annual data into specified charts and build and QC semi-annual publisher-specific PowerPoint decks with data
β’ Help prepare internal deliverables including business plans, partner snapshots, partner report cards and title level launch reports.
β’ Engage with data services (both self-help and via engagement with internal data teams) in sourcing and building monthly publisher reports in excel and PowerPoint utilizing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and PowerBI.
β’ Create report cards on business performance for video game publishers and maintain stakeholder reports, ensuring timely and comprehensive communication.
β’ Support eCommerce Partner Managers in providing ad hoc data to publishers, working with our data and analytics support team where self-serve data is not possible.
Qualifications:
β’ Years of Experience Required: 4+ overall years of experience in the field.
β’ Degrees or certifications required: Nice to have, not required. Data experience is more valuable.
β’ The ideal resume would contain practical experience in pulling, curating, and transforming data, ideally with a focus on actionable business insights rather than just technical database administration.
β’ Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines
β’ Minimum 4+ years of experience with Excel
β’ Minimum 4+ years of experience with data analytics, ideally knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics for data analysis
β’ Minimum 4+ years of experience with Power BI

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $50.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
