Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial principles and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Rebate and Incentive Review Process: Review claims submitted by parters, ensuring correctness in channel partner incentive programs.
β’ Partner Communication: Manage and respond to channel partner inquiries regarding claims, and payment status updates. Facilitate conflict resolution by communicating requirements for evidence submission.
β’ Data Management: Extract, manage, and cleanse data from varied databases to ensure accuracy for analysis and reporting. Address and resolve data-related discrepancies to maintain integrity.
β’ Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with teams like data matching for automation initiatives, test for gaps, and offer insights for systemic resolutions.
β’ Payment Discrepancies: Resolve payment discrepancies by applying financial acumen and analytical skills. Ensure all transactions align with established financial principles, pricing, revenue, and risk parameters.
Qualifications:
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Analyst, or a related quantitative field.
β’ Experience: Prior experience in data analytics, finance operations, or payments within the technology sector is highly valued.
Skills:
β’ Strong financial acumen with an understanding of rebates, pricing discounts, claims and payments.
β’ Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and propose process improvements.
β’ Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with channel partners, internal sales teams and other departments.
β’ Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, and other financial tools for effective data management and reporting.
Technical Proficiency:
β’ Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, with an ability to handle large datasets and complex systems.
