Role description
Position Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Data Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to support our Talent and HR teams. This individual will own key reporting and analytics functions, delivering insights that drive strategic workforce decisions. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Power BI, Excel, and Workday reporting, and has experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven HR environment. ? Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and manage core HR/Talent dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across stakeholders. • Partner closely with internal teams to define business questions, gather data requirements, and deliver actionable insights aligned with organizational goals. • Extract, organize, and validate HR data from Workday, supporting both end-user and leadership reporting needs. • Analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. • Lead recurring reporting processes, such as KPI dashboards, workforce metrics, and ad-hoc reporting requests. • Support HR/Talent leadership with data preparation for presentations and board-level reporting. • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR/Talent data integrity and reporting discrepancies. • Provide training and documentation for HR and business users on how to leverage HR reporting tools and outputs. • Collaborate with the Business Technology team and vendors on any required system enhancements, integrations, or issue resolutions related to HR data tools. • Ensure strict compliance with data privacy standards and organizational data governance policies. ? Requirements: • 5–8 years of experience in HR analytics, talent reporting, or a similar role • Expertise in Power BI and Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HRIS, including report creation and data extraction • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations • Solid understanding of HR functions, metrics, and best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with high accuracy No fields configured Please contact your admin to configure this card
