Key Responsibilities • Aggregate and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations. • Communicate analysis results effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Apply creative data problem-solving when full data sets are unavailable or incomplete. • Collaborate with teams including Sales, IT, Risk, and Project Management to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements. • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Drive data quality improvement initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, or integrity issues. • Support origination quality, business performance tracking, and continuous improvement projects. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in data analytics or equivalent work experience. • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences. • Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in advanced analytics projects related to HR, talent management, or organizational planning. • Prior background in automotive or manufacturing. • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, or cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery). • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling. Additional Responsibilities • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts. • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
