Key Responsibilities
β’ Aggregate and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
β’ Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
β’ Communicate analysis results effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Apply creative data problem-solving when full data sets are unavailable or incomplete.
β’ Collaborate with teams including Sales, IT, Risk, and Project Management to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
β’ Develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
β’ Drive data quality improvement initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, or integrity issues.
β’ Support origination quality, business performance tracking, and continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
β’ 8+ years of experience in data analytics or equivalent work experience.
β’ Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
β’ Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in advanced analytics projects related to HR, talent management, or organizational planning.
β’ Prior background in automotive or manufacturing.
β’ Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, or cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
β’ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling.

Additional Responsibilities
