Job Title: Project Manager – Data & Financial Analytics Location: Remote Start and Term: ASAP, 4 month contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Project Manager with a strong background in data analytics and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional project management expertise with the ability to build and maintain intuitive, live dashboards that support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the redevelopment of the Client Opportunity Lifecycle and Process Flow. • Map, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and alignment with strategy. • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure processes and insights support business goals. • Manage and maintain an inventory of key metrics, Excel trackers, and dashboards used across the business. • Plan, develop, and maintain live dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize data effectively for internal teams and executive leadership. • Monitor and interpret key business metrics and KPIs, delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making. • Oversee financial analysis including the interpretation of financial statements, budget creation, ratio analysis, and forecasting. • Ensure financial models and reporting tools are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic business goals. • Implement and track KPIs to measure team and business performance. • Identify and mitigate risks throughout project life cycles. • Use tools like Wrike or other project management software to plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or project management. • Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. • Demonstrated ability to create executive-level dashboards and business reporting tools. • Hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management. • Expertise in project management platforms like Wrike, Asana, or similar tools. • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and modeling. • Experience in using and interpreting data tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Familiarity with developing KPIs and to drive business outcomes. • Experience in the healthcare, research sciences, or medical industry is a plus, but not required. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field. • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFA, CBIP) is a plus.
