As a Data and Analytics Specialist II, you will be an integral part of the Data and Analytics department supporting digital marketing and business intelligence initiatives. Job Title: Data and Analytics Specialist II Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts Pay Range: $62.50 What's the Job? โ€ข Manage and develop business intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making processes. โ€ข Leverage Adobe Analytics to deliver actionable insights on digital media performance. โ€ข Optimize digital paid media campaigns across display, email, paid search, and social channels. โ€ข Extract, manipulate, and analyze paid media data from various sources using industry-standard tools. โ€ข Review and validate media performance data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. What's Needed? โ€ข Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or digital analytics role. โ€ข Prior experience with digital marketing analytics, including tools like Adobe Marketing Suite or Google Analytics. โ€ข Proficiency in SQL, preferably Snowflake, and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qliksense. โ€ข Strong understanding of digital marketing channels outside of websites, including social media, search, and paid media. โ€ข Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
