Role description
A multi billion dollar blue chip company are looking for a Data Engineer onsite 5 days a week in Cambridge.
This will be a full time 12 month contract role and the team are looking for someone as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate is someone who is knowledgeable in a variety of strategies for ingesting, modelling, processing, and persisting data. You are able to use one or more query languages (e.g. SQL, HiveQL, SPARQL), schema definition languages (e.g. DDL, SDL, XSD, RDF), and scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Python, KornShell, Scala) to build a data solution.
