We’re working with a leading utility organization in Texas that is seeking a Data Engineer with proven Snowflake experience. This role offers a great opportunity to work on a large-scale, mature data warehouse platform and be part of a highly collaborative data engineering and analytics team.
Contract to Hire: 6-month contract role before conversion to full-time
Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week in North Austin
Key Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on, full-lifecycle Snowflake experience
• Strong SQL and data modeling abilities
• Familiarity with tools like Talend, Click Replicate, and Coalesce is a plus
Compensation:
• Contract Rate: $75–$90/hr
• Full-Time Conversion Salary: $90,000–$130,000
Benefits (if converted to FTE):
• 3 weeks PTO
• 10% 401k match
• Health, Dental, Vision coverage
• Performance-based bonus: 6–8%
