Role description
Data Exchange Quality Readiness Lead
- Program Alignment Quality Governance
- Partner across ART to connect Epics, product increments, and scope items.
- Ensure traceability of test plans back to acceptance criteria for comprehensive coverage.
- Document and enforce Definition of Done across teams to ensure consistency.
- Provide governance and quality oversight for strategic projects including GDE, Workday Wellness, EE Navigator, and OBF (with CMC, Event Hub, and ADP API integration).
Testing Strategy Execution
- Differentiate and optimize testing approaches between DevQA, Production Simulation, and Production environments.
- Define best practices for end-to-end validation and ensure release readiness.
- Champion defect prevention and quality-first culture across teams.
Training Enablement
- Collaborate with IT Configurators, IT Service Management (ITSM), Product Owners, and Business Operations teams to develop clear, actionable training.
- Create marketing-style materials and user-friendly guides for business adoption of new features.
- Maintain a transparent Known Issues Log for all releases which captures not only deferred defects going into Production but also known and accepted data differences between GDE processed data, ENE processed data, LADE processed data, and Fineos processed customer data.
- GenAI-Driven Data Quality Insights Hands-on Data Analysis Interrogate inbound source files (e.g., EE Navigator, Workday Wellness, ADP) to trace how the Group Data Exchange (GDE)processes data, how the Group Data Hub (GDH)stores it, and how outbound flows (e.g., GDE Router, APIs, Outbound File Processors) deliver it to targets.
- Clearly document findings in business-ready formats to ensure transparency and traceability for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Data Lineage Profiling
- Design and implement AI GenAI-enabled solutions to streamline data lineage tracing, profiling, and anomaly detection across platforms, and generate clear, business-friendly communications that document results, insights, and outcomes.
Real-Time Insights Reporting
- Move beyond static dashboards by leveraging GenAILLM capabilities (e.g., ChatGPT) to extract operational insights, automate reporting, and deliver predictive intelligence.
- Communicate these insights through action-oriented summaries, visualizations, and stakeholder-ready dashboards.
- Collaboration Stakeholders This role requires close partnership and alignment across multiple functions, including Product Managers to align on Epics, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
- RTE (Release Train Engineer) STE (Solution Train Engineer) to coordinate across ART and solution-level planning.
- Lead Engineers Quality Engineering Teams including Scrum testers and Systems Teams for test strategy and execution.
- Data Exchange Team (DET) for inbound outbound data flows and processing. IT Service Managers (ITSM) to ensure operational readiness, support, and issue resolution.
