Job Responsibilities
β’ Hands-on Data Catalog Lifecycle Stewardship
β’ Working with business stakeholders to gather details on data products and data sources to populate the data catalog, maintain the quality of the data catalog, key aspects being metadata completeness and accuracy
β’ Perform on-going maintenance of the data within the catalog to keep it current
β’ Assist with defining or modifying data governance processes
β’ Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
β’ Knowledge of AWS Data Zone, database management software, and data governance practices.
Education/Experience
β’ Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
β’ Experience working with AWS Data Zone catalog
