• Source to target data mapping expertise across complex datasets, including transformation rules, dependencies, and timing
• Strong data analysis skills to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues and propose pragmatic resolutions.
• Clear documentation discipline, producing audit ready mapping specs, data dictionaries, and assumptions.
• Hands on data interrogation capability using SQL and advanced Excel; comfortable with file based and warehouse data.
• Effective stakeholder engagement, bridging business SMEs, data architects, and technology teams to clarify requirements
• High attention to detail with delivery focus, understanding downstream impacts on reporting, SLAs, and operations
