Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
Develop innovative data science solutions leveraging deep understanding of the oil & gas industry.
Design and optimize ETL pipelines for scalable data processing using Azure Databricks, Microsoft Dataflow, Dataverse, and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse.
Utilize ERP systems like SAP and Oracle for data-driven decision-making.
Integrate solutions with visualization tools for enhanced reporting.
Develop master datasets to support procurement and market intelligence analytics.
Ensure data governance and compliance across company systems.
Program Management:
Define and document project objectives and business values.
Oversee project timelines, resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Facilitate project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Maintain detailed documentation including requirements and design documents.
Communicate technical information to business stakeholders in plain language.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5–7 years in SCM or product development.
Technical Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in data science techniques and tools such as Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform for workflow automation.
Knowledge of SAP and Oracle Cloud systems.
Proficiency in SQL and Alteryx is desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the oil and gas sector and SCM processes.
Project Management: Skilled in agile/waterfall methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (SCM), Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
