Our banking client is seeking a dedicated Data Quality Rules Implementation professional to join their dynamic team. As a vital contributor within the Information Security Department, you will support the development and enforcement of data quality standards that underpin the organization’s cyber data initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to data governance, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission to enhance data integrity and security.
• Perform data validations and reconciliations to assess validity and effectiveness of the DQ rules, conduct QA and UAT testing, create and maintain detailed test plans, execute test cases, and test scripts to validate CDQ results
• Define, test, and deploy data quality rules to monitor and enforce data integrity across enterprise systems
• Systems: Collibra DIP and CDQ products. Important Knowledge of data profiling and validation tools

Rate: 60-65/hr W2
Due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis W2 directly
Location: Jersey City (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Position type: 6+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
What's the Job?
• Partner with data owners and stakeholders to create KDEs and Data Quality (DQ) rules essential for the ISDAD data platform.
• Perform data validations and reconciliations to evaluate the effectiveness of data quality rules, including conducting QA and UAT testing.
• Define, test, and deploy data quality rules to ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with data stewards to establish critical metrics and data fields for dashboards and reporting.
• Utilize tools such as Collibra DIP and CDQ to implement validation logic and monitor rule coverage and effectiveness.
What's Needed?
• Experience with Collibra DIP and CDQ products or similar data profiling and validation tools.
• Proficiency in SQL or rule-based engines for implementing validation logic.
• Understanding of master and reference data management principles.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with data owners, stewards, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and develop comprehensive test plans and scripts.
