Implement sophisticated clustering algorithms on historical performance data to identify and validate optimal geo pair selections for testing, maximizing statistical power and experimental validity. Apply Time-Based Regression Matched Markets (TBR-MM) models to optimize investment allocation across various DMAs. Perform causal analysis with DiD, Synthetic Controls, and Time-Based Regression, quantifying incremental channel performance and supporting optimisation through iROS. Leverage Bayesian Inference for model estimations, ensuring robust uncertainty quantification and improving the stability and interpretability of causal effect results. Translate complex model outputs into clear, data-driven business recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
