

Data Scientist
Min. required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, philosophy or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of curiosity, proactiveness, and a self-starter
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to learn.
• Understanding basic statistical modeling and data visualization.
• Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• The position is an Austin-based, onsite role.
Key Job Responsibilities – Job role 1 (1 to 3 yrs exp)
• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems, including data extraction, analytics, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and machine learning.
• Understanding of Supply Chain business with good PP/MM knowledge will be good.
Additional requirements for Job role 2 (1 to 3 yrs exp)
• Skilled in data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation of inventory-related datasets from SAP modules on Snowflake.
• Experience in building scalable pipelines, API-based data access, and workflow automation.
• Experience working with supply chain and operations teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Experience with inventory management, safety stock optimization, and SKU-level inventory flow analytics is a PLUS.
