About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong leadership and technical expertise to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and managing CI/CD pipelines, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving DevOps best practices in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build, configure, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes.
β’ Manage and maintain tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Tomcat, and Artifactory.
β’ Operate effectively within a Linux-based environment, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
β’ Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve automation, scalability, and reliability.
β’ Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring clear communication and technical guidance.
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
β’ Prior experience in a lead role is highly preferred.
β’ Strong expertise with CI/CD pipeline creation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
β’ Hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Tomcat, and Artifactory.
β’ Proficiency in Linux administration.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
