DevOps Engineer (Plano or Charlotte)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Plano or Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer (Plano or Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Management Technology organization supporting application deployment, integration, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Plano or Charlotte) Location: Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC What's the Job? • Support setting up Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and Continuous Testing pipelines. • Manage and automate application deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Artifactory. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of applications. • Maintain and enhance Unix/Linux platform environments, including LDAP authentication and clustering. • Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and provide technical support for deployment issues. What's Needed? • 3 to 5 years of experience in Release, Deployment, and Change Management processes. • Hands-on experience with version control tools such as GIT or Bitbucket. • Proficiency with build orchestration tools like Jenkins and artifact management systems like Artifactory. • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux platforms, including LDAP integration and clustering. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both in person and virtually.
