This role is focused on delivering scalable, secure, and highly available systems by leveraging automation, containerization, and cloud-native services.
The ideal candidate is not a traditional SysAdmin but someone with true hands-on cloud engineering experience, especially with AWS. They should thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and possess both the technical depth and soft skills to guide solutions from planning through production.
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–5+ years of hands-on cloud experience, preferably in AWS (Azure/GCP experience also considered)
• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Developer, etc.)
• Strong experience with core AWS services: EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools: Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of networking fundamentals in the cloud: VPCs, subnets, security groups, load balancers, VPNs
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
