Power Platform / Dynamics CE Platform Analyst • We are looking for Business Analyst (Not a developer) with solid experience in Dynamics CE/CRM or Microsoft Power Platform (Preferred: Copilot exposure) Location: Open to 100% Remote - DFW (TX) preferred but open Overview Seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Platform Analyst to support business analysis and QA for solutions across Power Platform, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. This role focuses on requirements clarity, testing, UAT support, and issue triage to ensure high-quality, business-aligned solutions. Key Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support UAT, including issue triage and resolution coordination • Review requirements/designs for testability and business alignment • Create and execute test cases; identify defects and validate fixes • Maintain traceability from requirements through testing • Contribute to test automation efforts • Manage backlog, testing, and defects in Azure DevOps • Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement Required Qualifications • 5+ years in Business Analysis, QA, or similar roles • 2+ years with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or Power Platform - Solid experience in both is ideal • Strong Agile experience • Hands-on Azure DevOps experience • Skilled in writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and troubleshooting • Strong communication skills • Exposure to Copilot or AI features in Microsoft platforms Preferred Qualifications • Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Experlogix experience
