Role description
TARCG is delighted to be supporting a leading international defence organisation on their search for a skilled Business Analyst to support the optimisation of financial and procurement processes and contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role suits someone analytical, collaborative, and experienced in ERP project delivery. Key Responsibilities β€’ Analyse and improve financial and procurement processes. β€’ Gather, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and interviews. β€’ Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. β€’ Coordinate ERP project delivery, including planning, requirements management, and progress tracking. β€’ Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. β€’ Support change management, user training, and creation of user guides. β€’ Contribute to system configuration, data migration, testing (incl. UAT), and documentation. β€’ Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to support iterative delivery. Essential Skills & Experience β€’ NS or SC cleared β€’ Bachelor’s degree + 3 years’ experience, or 10 years’ relevant experience without a degree. β€’ Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform. β€’ Strong process mapping and optimisation experience (finance & procurement). β€’ Hands-on ERP project support, including requirements, testing, and documentation. β€’ Skilled in workshops, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical requirements. β€’ Experience with change management and user adoption activities. β€’ Agile/Scrum project experience. β€’ Relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant). Desirable β€’ Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Systems. β€’ Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master). β€’ Advanced Dynamics 365 certifications.
