Key Responsibilities
β’ Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams during Fiserv DNA implementation.
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for core banking modules.
β’ Collaborate with product owners and Fiserv implementation teams to ensure smooth system integration.
β’ Perform gap analysis between existing systems and DNA platform capabilities.
β’ Support configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and validation of core banking functionalities.
β’ Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents.
β’ Partner with QA and developers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
β’ Facilitate user training, rollout, and post-implementation support.
β’ Provide subject matter expertise on Fiserv DNA modules such as Deposits, Loans, General Ledger, and Customer Information File (CIF).
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Core Banking or Financial Services domain.
β’ Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Fiserv DNA implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
β’ Solid understanding of banking operations β deposits, lending, payments, GL, and reporting.
β’ Experience creating detailed use cases, user stories, and process documentation.
β’ Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and SQL (basic queries).
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
Nice To Have
β’ Exposure to Fiserv DNA SDK, DNA Creator, or PowerOn scripts.
β’ Experience with data migration or conversion projects.
β’ Background in Agile methodology within financial technology programs.
