Fiserv DNA Analyst

T+S W2/Independent Candidate Only Key Responsibilities • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams during Fiserv DNA implementation. • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for core banking modules. • Collaborate with product owners and Fiserv implementation teams to ensure smooth system integration. • Perform gap analysis between existing systems and DNA platform capabilities. • Support configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and validation of core banking functionalities. • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents. • Partner with QA and developers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. • Facilitate user training, rollout, and post-implementation support. • Provide subject matter expertise on Fiserv DNA modules such as Deposits, Loans, General Ledger, and Customer Information File (CIF). Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Core Banking or Financial Services domain. • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Fiserv DNA implementations, upgrades, or integrations. • Solid understanding of banking operations – deposits, lending, payments, GL, and reporting. • Experience creating detailed use cases, user stories, and process documentation. • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and SQL (basic queries). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment. Nice To Have • Exposure to Fiserv DNA SDK, DNA Creator, or PowerOn scripts. • Experience with data migration or conversion projects. • Background in Agile methodology within financial technology programs.
