Location: Remote / UK-Based Contract Duration: 3–4 Weeks (with potential for full-time hire + equity) Start Date: ASAP About the Company An early-stage AI startup with a growing client base is seeking a talented Full Stack Python Developer to support the next phase of their product development. The company is backed by strong client interest and is now looking to refine its platform ahead of a full market launch. The Opportunity You will initially join on a short-term basis (3–4 weeks) to: • Assess and review the existing codebase • Provide clear technical documentation • Offer insights and recommendations to improve performance and scalability Following the initial engagement, there will be the opportunity to join the team permanently, contributing to the end-to-end build-out of the product and gaining equity as part of the core engineering team.
