Role: GCP Customer Engagement Engineer (Nuance Integration)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced GCP Customer Engagement Engineer with hands-on expertise in Nuance, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Conversational AI integration. The candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting voice and chatbot solutions leveraging GCP Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Nuance platform to enhance Humanaβs customer engagement and experience.
This role combines cloud engineering, AI solution architecture, and customer interaction analytics, requiring a balance of technical depth and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate and configure Nuance solutions (voice, IVR, and chatbot systems) within GCP environments.
Work with Contact Center AI (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech) to build and enhance conversational experiences.
Collaborate with Humanaβs business and IT stakeholders to identify customer engagement use cases and design AI-powered solutions.
Develop and deploy microservices and APIs supporting customer engagement platforms.
Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant data flow between Nuance, GCP, and enterprise systems.
Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for CCAI and Nuance integrations.
Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of customer experience platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud Ops, Data Engineering, and AI/ML teams to align on platform goals.
