Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
Responsibilities:
• Architect and design end-to-end generative AI solutions (text, image, audio, or multimodal) aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and select appropriate foundation models such as GPT, LLaMA, or Stable Diffusion, and define fine-tuning strategies.
• Lead development of custom LLM applications including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RLHF, and model compression.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and data science teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and platforms.
• Ensure responsible and ethical AI practices covering fairness, privacy, and explainability.
• Guide implementation of AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, vector databases, and model-serving APIs.
• Conduct proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and performance benchmarking.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research and recommend innovative tools and techniques for adoption.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal AI best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirement/Must Have:
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3 years in generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
• Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization, and fine-tuning paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and privacy-preserving methods.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with open-source LLMs and model distillation or quantization.
• Exposure to multimodal AI models such as CLIP, DALL E, or Imagen.
• Contributions to AI/ML research (papers or open-source projects).
• Experience developing GenAI copilots, chatbots, or AI productivity tools.
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business value.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualification and Education:
