Nature of Contract – Contract opportunity
Responsibilities:
• Design, Develop, test and deploy innovative GenAI solutions from knowledge assistants, AI agents to tasks automations to solve complex business problems and enhance our apps and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new techniques and methodologies to improve existing models and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX team, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into our products and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Optimize GenAI solutions/applications for efficiency, scalability, and performance, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Ensure all the GenAI solutions and applications adhere to ethical guidelines and are developed with a focus on fairness, transparency and accountability.
• Mentor and lead junior developers: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in AI development, ideally GenAI.
• Strong expertise with at least one of these technologies - Azure AI, Google Vertex AI and Copilot technologies.
• Proficiency in pro-code languages (e.g. Python) and familiar with low-code platforms (e.g. Copilot Studio). Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as Assistant API, LlamaIndex, and Langchain will be preferred
• Ability to articulate strategic and situational perspectives and apply innovative technical solutions to business problems
• Ability to translate business requirements and solution architecture into solutions and estimate the financial, delivery and support impacts and quickly comprehend and apply capabilities of new technologies
• Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.
• Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
• Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.
