We are seeking a Genesys Cloud & AI Engineer to design, implement, and maintain customer engagement systems leveraging Genesys Cloud and AI technologies. This engineer will partner with developers, architects, and data scientists to build intelligent and scalable contact-center solutions.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement customer engagement solutions using Genesys Cloud and AI technologies.
• Develop custom integrations and applications to enhance Genesys Cloud functionality.
• Configure and optimize routing, workforce management, and analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy ML models that improve customer interactions.
• Troubleshoot complex Genesys Cloud and AI system issues.
• Stay up-to-date on Genesys, AI, and conversational-AI trends.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud system design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of routing, WFM, and reporting modules.
• Experience with custom development and integrations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with data and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Genesys Cloud certifications.
• Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with NLP and conversational AI.
