PHC is seeking an Information Analyst with strong experience in Epic’s Clarity and Cogito environments, combined with advanced skills in data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. This role supports population health efforts, case management, quality reporting, and organizational decision-making through data-informed insights. This position will make $50-$60 hourly, dependent on experience, for 25-40 hours a week. To be considered, please submit an email with your resume to: recruitment@peninsulahcc.org Requirements: ·    Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics. • Strong SQL and ETL development skills. • Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity and Cogito. • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools. • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical data to non-technical audiences. • Epic Clarity Data Model Certification (required) • Epic Cogito Certification (required) Preferred Certifications: ·      Tableau Certified Associate or Specialist ·      CHDA or CSBI preferred Some Job Duties: • Extract, clean, and analyze data from Epic Clarity and Cogito to support operational, clinical, and outreach metrics. • Design interactive dashboards in Tableau (or an equivalent tool) for executives, clinical staff, and program managers. • Build automated data pipelines to monitor case management, service utilization, and CalAIM reporting. • Support reporting for grant deliverables, program performance, and value-based care metrics. • Maintain clear documentation of reporting logic, data definitions, and workflows. • Ensure HIPAA-compliant data security and handling practices.
