Lead Data Analyst

Job Title: Lead Analyst Location: McLean, VA (Onsite) In Person Interview - Only Locals to VA Visa: H1, EAD and USC Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst to design and deliver high-quality data products from complex datasets. This role involves leading data conversion, pipeline development in Snowflake, implementing governance through Collibra, and creating impactful visualizations that drive business insights. Strong communication skills are essential to translate technical data into clear, actionable outcomes for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and delivery of data products and analytical solutions. • Convert, structure, and prepare large, complex datasets for analysis and reporting. • Write and optimize SQL queries; develop and manage data pipelines in Snowflake. • Build dashboards and data visualizations to communicate trends and insights. • Implement and maintain data governance standards using Collibra. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and usability across systems. Required Qualifications • Proficient with Collibra, Snowflake, and SQL. • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proven experience in data conversion, data modeling, and dataset preparation. • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry. • Working knowledge of Python or other data analytics tools.
