Job Description
Responsibilities
β’ Microsoft Engineer in the Workplace AI Team involves several key responsibilities:
β’ Development and Deployment: You will be responsible for developing and deploying M365 Copilot to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.
β’ Engineering Activities: This includes tasks related to tenant changes, SharePoint administration, and DLP tool integration
β’ Workflow Development: Developing extensibility workflows, including topics and actions
β’ AI Utilization: Leveraging AI to enhance productivity, creativity, and innovation by accelerating tasks, optimizing workflows, and personalizing experiences
β’ Technology Adoption: Driving the adoption of innovative workplace technologies, focusing on M365 Copilot
β’ Continuous Improvement: Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within the team and applying a strategic perspective to technical discussions
β’ Strategic Influence: Demonstrating strategic agility, influencing without direct authority, and applying a business lens to technical discussions
Qualifications
β’ M365 Engineer
β’ Microsoft 365 and Copilot: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Copilot functionalities, including integration and customization.
β’ Experience in leveraging these tools to improve productivity and collaboration
β’ Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. Ability to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud solutions that ensure robust performance and security
β’ DevOps and Automation: Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Skilled in streamlining software development and deployment processes
β’ Security and Compliance: Understanding of security protocols, data protection, and compliance requirements. Ability to implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
β’ Collaboration Tools: Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Proficiency in enhancing communication, teamwork, and information sharing Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize workflows.
