Machine Learning Engineer

Full Job Description Job BriefFiduciary Tech is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate is passionate about building and optimizing intelligent systems and has a proven background in developing scalable machine learning models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy ML-driven solutions that enhance our clients’ technology infrastructure and business outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Data Preparation Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in collaboration with data engineers. Model Development and Training Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Conduct model training, tuning, and evaluation to ensure performance and scalability. Deploy models into production and monitor ongoing performance. Feature Engineering & Experimentation Develop and refine features to improve model accuracy and interpretability. Conduct experiments to evaluate new algorithms, architectures, or approaches. Collaboration Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation. Continuous Learning Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML, data science, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Proactively suggest improvements and innovations to existing pipelines or methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in applied machine learning or AI system development. Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with SQL and cloud platforms (especially AWS). Experience with model deployment, MLOps pipelines, or data-driven applications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
