Marketing Analyst - Contract Position on W2 only
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience in data collection, reporting, and visualization, with a strong background in Salesforce and Excel. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent technical aptitude and a customer service mindset, capable of collaborating across multiple teams and presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data from various databases, primarily Salesforce
Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics
Perform ad-hoc data reporting and organization using Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
Visualize data trends and patterns for internal stakeholders
Edit and refine data analysis based on leadership feedback
Present data findings via PowerPoint to executive teams
Collaborate and coordinate with 5 cross-functional teams
Provide general data analytics support for ongoing marketing initiatives
Preferred Skills & Tools:
Salesforce (Einstein Analytics) β must-have
Microsoft Excel β advanced functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.
Power BI β nice to have (minimal current usage)
Microsoft PowerPoint β for leadership presentations
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation and ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background:
Experience in the utility industry (nice to have, but not required)
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (preferred)
