Marketing Business Analyst

The Science Team at Russell Tobin is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Digital Marketing Business Analyst”. Core Duties and Responsibilities: Manage data and develop business intelligence reporting to provide actionable insights. Gather requirements, design, and create reports to automate manual processes. Review monthly publisher data and maintain publisher status documentation. Leverage Adobe Analytics to deliver comprehensive insights. Measure the impact of paid media on website performance and present key findings. Prepare monthly reports on account registrations by Adobe CID for PHM and provide recommendations for improvement. Optimize digital paid media across display, email, paid search, and social channels. Populate omnichannel marketing reports to provide a holistic view of brand performance. Review Media QBR reports to validate accuracy and highlight discrepancies in insights. Experience Required: 3+ years in a business intelligence or digital analytics role. Prior experience in consulting, analytics, or digital agency environments preferred. Experience using industry-standard business intelligence tools to formulate metrics, conduct data quality assessments, and perform ad hoc analyses. MUST-HAVE Skills / Knowledge / Experience: Prior experience in digital marketing analytics. Proficiency with Adobe Marketing Suite or Google Analytics. Strong expertise in SQL (Snowflake preferred). Expertise with Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Qliksense. Knowledge of and proficiency with digital marketing channels beyond websites (social, search, paid media). Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Additional Information: Location: Cambridge, MA Contract Length: 6 Months Pay rate- $50-$60/hr. on W2 Must be authorized to work in the United States.
