Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst Contract Length: 6 Months Location: Remote with occasional travel to Bradford (Covered) Overview We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to join a large-scale business transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to deliver effective Dynamics 365 solutions that support business objectives and improve operational processes. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discovery sessions. • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories. • Work closely with business users, developers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery. • Analyse and map current and future business processes. • Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities. • Ensure solutions align with business needs and Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices. • Provide ongoing stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Skills & Experience • Strong experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. • Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations. • Excellent requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills. • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. • Experience working with both business and technical teams. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions. • Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement. Desirable Skills • Experience working within Agile delivery environments. • Previous experience within the utilities sector. • Knowledge of the wider Microsoft technology stack, including Power Platform. • Experience supporting change management and user adoption activities.
