Job Summary For NCino Developer ( Morristown, NJ)
• Support and enhance nCino platform for commercial lending operations in a banking environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure and customize nCino and Salesforce features to align with business needs.
• Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and assignment rules.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance of Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for platform enhancement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and best practices.
• Leverage strong understanding of commercial lending processes and loan lifecycle management.
• Utilize Salesforce security models, data management, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) knowledge.
• Apply analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to optimize business processes.
Certifications Required
• nCino Certified System Administrator
• nCino Developer Certification
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)

Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer II certifications
