• Financial Industry experience a MUST - Fraud and Compliance
• 8+ years of overall work experience and 5+ of experience in Neo4j Graph database
• Strong in Neo4j Cypher Queries & out of the box algorithms usage
• Should be able to do query performance tuning by adopting optimization techniques such as Indexes, modeling etc.,
• Experience working with Fraud, AML and similar business users in solving business problems.
• Strong Data Analytics skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Some Machine Learning experience
• Must have experience working in a fraud/compliance environment
