Job Description:
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Digital Assistant
• Strong knowledge of NLP, AI/ML concepts, and chatbot development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and RESTful API integration
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SaaS applications, and conversational AI platforms
Solution Design & Architecture:
• Define and implement ODA architecture aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices
• Design conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialog components for optimal user experience
Development & Integration:
• Build and configure ODA skills, channels, and custom components
• Integrate ODA with Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, CX) and third-party systems via REST APIs and webhooks
Optimization & Maintenance:
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize NLP models for accuracy and efficiency
• Implement analytics and reporting to measure adoption and effectiveness
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams
