Oracle Digital Assistant SME

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Hopkins, MN that is seeking an Oracle Digital Assistant SME. Solution Design & Architecture: • Define and implement ODA architecture aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices • Design conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialog components for optimal user experience Development & Integration: • Build and configure ODA skills, channels, and custom components • Integrate ODA with Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, CX) and third-party systems via REST APIs and webhooks Optimization & Maintenance: • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize NLP models for accuracy and efficiency • Implement analytics and reporting to measure adoption and effectiveness Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Digital Assistant • Strong knowledge of NLP, AI/ML concepts, and chatbot development • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and RESTful API integration • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SaaS applications, and conversational AI platforms The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
