Power BI Reporting Analyst - Contract

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Reporting Analyst to support a critical phase of our data and systems integration efforts. This role will assist with translating master data changes driven by ADP, Dynamics CE, and D365 F&O into stable and scalable reporting solutions. The ideal consultant will bring strong experience designing Power BI reports from D365 F&O (including BYOD SQL environments) and ensuring continuity of business insights during significant data model transitions. • • • NO OUTSIDE FIRMS • • • • Key Responsibilities • Partner with Finance, HR, and IT to understand master data restructuring across ADP, CE, and D365 F&O • Assess impacts to existing Power BI datasets and visualizations; stabilize or refactor reports to maintain accuracy • Design and build new Power BI reports to replace manual Excel-based financial reporting • Enable prior-period financial comparability through thoughtful treatment of historical and in-flight project data • Develop reporting data models optimized for performance, governance, and auditability • Support SQL Server source data strategy for Power BI • Provide input on data architecture decisions to ensure long-term reporting success • Deliver technical documentation and knowledge transfer for smooth handoff
