This role provides advanced analytical support, facilitates meetings, and ensures high-quality review of complex submittals. The position delivers consistent updates, reporting, and project tracking, helping maintain strong operational alignment across internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities β€’ Serve as the owner for assigned project commodities from submission through closure. β€’ Coordinate and facilitate meetings, identify deliverables, and manage scheduling activities with stakeholders. β€’ Review complex project submittals (e.g., Rule 15) in support of project managers. β€’ Produce and deliver project updates, reports, and tracking information independently. β€’ Determine outstanding dependencies and schedule work orders with minimal supervision. β€’ Participate in customer collaboration, district tactical, and regional grid team meetings. β€’ Train and mentor project management support staff as a subject matter expert. β€’ Resolve project conflicts, delays, and errors through collaboration with internal and external partners. β€’ Conduct data integrity audits of tracking systems, reports, and systems of record. β€’ Input notes, records, and documentation as required. β€’ Maintain advanced knowledge of client policies and procedures regarding electrical line construction. β€’ Support project managers with meeting facilitation, document/submittal review, project scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Required Experience β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent. β€’ Minimum 5 years of analytical experience reviewing and interpreting data sets. β€’ Minimum 5 years of project coordination/management experience. β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including 2+ years of data manipulation and visualization using formulas, Power BI, and similar analytical tools. β€’ Minimum 2 years of utility industry experience preferred. β€’ Minimum 2 years of experience with database software (Access, SAP, or equivalent).
