Qlik Developer (Integrations Focus) – Data & Analytics TalentFish is seeking a Qlik Developer with strong integration experience to support a growing data and analytics environment for our client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable data solutions, connecting disparate systems, and enabling business intelligence through clean, reliable data pipelines. Overview In this role, you will design, develop, and support Qlik-based dashboards and data models, with a strong emphasis on data integrations across multiple source systems. You’ll work closely with data engineering, business stakeholders, and application teams to ensure data is accurately transformed, loaded, and visualized for enterprise reporting and decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone who is both technically strong in Qlik (Qlik Sense / QlikView) and comfortable working in an integration-heavy environment involving APIs, databases, and ETL processes. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and data models • Build and support data integrations between source systems and Qlik platforms • Develop and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines • Work with APIs, SQL databases, and structured/unstructured data sources • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions • Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and data governance standards • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and integration issues • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams on reporting needs What You Bring • 3+ years of experience as a Qlik Developer (Qlik Sense and/or QlikView) • Strong experience with data integration, ETL, and data pipeline development • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases • Experience integrating multiple data sources (APIs, cloud platforms, on-prem systems) • Understanding of data modeling, transformations, and performance tuning • Ability to translate business needs into technical BI solutions • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.) • Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Exposure to scripting languages (Python or similar) • Experience working in Agile environments EMAIL ME: lgironda@talentfish.com
