Role description
About the Role NetApp's Training Organization within Operations is seeking a data-driven Reporting and Analytics Analyst to support our learning and enablement platforms. This role will work closely with our Senior Reporting and Analytics resource and contribute to the development of insights that drive operational efficiency and learning effectiveness. You'll be instrumental in integrating data across our LMS, sales enablement, and knowledge platforms. Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize learning and operational metrics. β€’ Analyze data from various learning and enablement platforms to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. β€’ Present findings and insights to leadership teams in a clear and actionable manner. β€’ Adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple concurrent projects. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements. β€’ Document processes and contribute to the development of scalable reporting frameworks. Required Skills & Experience β€’ 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics roles. β€’ Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling. β€’ Strong understanding of database schema and data structures. β€’ Solid SQL skills and familiarity with ETL processes. β€’ Experience in learning analytics and operational reporting. β€’ Excellent communication and data storytelling skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior mentors. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience in a training or enablement organization. β€’ Familiarity with LMS, MindTickle, Salesforce, and Seismic platforms (can be learned on the job). β€’ Exposure to sales enablement metrics and learning content management.
