Weβre looking for a Senior AI Data Analyst to join a Digital Product Management team thatβs building the next generation of convenience tech. If you love solving data problems at massive scale and enjoy working with advanced analytics pipelines, this role is for you.
About the role:
You will analyze data feeding into machine learning models, review production data for insights, and help improve model performance and decision-making. Youβll also build visualizations to communicate findings effectively across the business. The team primarily uses Databricks for analysis.
Responsibilities:
β’ Research, prototype, and build analysis + visualizations for Machine Learning pipelines
β’ Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks
β’ Collaborate with peers across computer vision, ML, and systems design
β’ Deliver high-quality research and analysis on time
Required Skills:
β’ Strong foundation in statistical techniques and advanced mathematics
β’ 3+ years as a data analyst/engineer/scientist working in the Databricks ecosystem (Azure preferred)
β’ 5+ years applying statistical techniques for experimentation, KPI measurement, and A/B testing
β’ 4+ years working with big data using Python, PySpark, or SQL
β’ Expertise in data visualization (Python tools, Power BI, etc.)
β’ Bachelorβs degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
β’ Masterβs degree in a related field
β’ Experience with ML model evaluation, observability, and performance monitoring
β’ Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define KPIs in ambiguous environments
