Senior Data Engineer

Job Title: Systems Analyst 3 (Data Engineer) Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 12 months Plus Role Overview Senior-level Data Engineer / Systems Analyst responsible for building and supporting a data integration hub within the Performance Management & Analytics System (PMAS). The role focuses on ETL development, data integration, and analytics platform enhancement in an Agile environment. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica (PowerCenter/IICS) • Integrate data from multiple sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, etc.) • Write and optimize complex SQL queries (Snowflake, Oracle) • Design and implement data models (dimensional modeling, views) • Automate data ingestion and transformation processes • Participate in Agile development (sprint planning, standups, etc.) • Perform testing (integration, load, stress) and deployment activities • Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams • Collaborate with architects and data engineering teams • Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements Required Skills • 8+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter or IICS (ETL) • Strong experience in data integration across multiple data sources • Expertise in Snowflake SQL and complex query development • Experience with data warehousing / analytics systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with data modeling tools (Visio, ERwin) • Knowledge of SDLC and software development best practices • Proven ability to build scalable data solutions Preferred Skills • Healthcare or government domain experience • Exposure to PII/PHI data and security principles • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (JIRA) • Knowledge of Python scripting • Experience with Tableau or BI tools • CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions • Exposure to Java / JavaScript • Experience with Mule soft or Web Services (REST/SOAP) • Familiarity with AI tools like Snowflake Cortex or Informatica Claire Certifications • Informatica Certification (Preferred) • Snowflake Certification • Cloud Certifications (Azure / AWS Data Engineer) • Agile Certifications (CSM / SAFe) At Radiant Digital, we provide IT solutions and consulting services to help government agencies and businesses in the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
