About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced CX solutions. You will be responsible for architecting integrations, building intelligent bots, and automating customer journeys using the full suite of Genesys Cloud capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and implement omnichannel routing strategies, customer flows, and integrations using Genesys Cloud Architect.
Design and build custom integrations using Genesis APIs and Data Actions to connect with external CRM, databases, and microservices.
Develop and optimize conversational AI experiences using Genesys bot frameworks (Digital Bot Flow, Genesys Dialog Engine).
Configure and customize Genesys Cloud solutions including IVR, digital channels, workforce engagement, and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable technical designs.
Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 + years of hands-on development experience with Genesys Cloud (SaaS). Pure on-premises Genesys experience will not sufficient.
Proven expertise in Genesys Cloud Architect for designing call, message, and email flows.
Strong, demonstrable experience building integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and Data Actions.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying Genesys bots (script bots or NLU-based).
Proficiency in relevant scripting languages (JavaScript, Node.js, Python).
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Genesys Cloud certifications (Developer, Architect, or Consultant).
Experience with Genesys Cloud CX Digital and AI capabilities.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
