β’ Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts (Must have).
β’ Data Visualization & Reporting:
β’ Ability to create compelling narratives and visualizations (PowerBI experience is a plus).
β’ Digital Analytics Tools:
β’ Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and web optimization platforms.

You will
β’ Develop and oversee predictive models, segmentation strategies, and customer lifetime value (CLV) frameworks using machine learning and statistical techniques. Lead the continued evolution of our analytics capabilities, tools, and best practices.
β’ Lead a team of analysts to measure performance and uncover insights and continuously refine digital analytics frameworks and the experimentation program
β’ Build and deliver compelling narratives and visualizations that simplify complex analysis for executive stakeholders.
β’ Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help grow analytical capabilities within the team
β’ Work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand and support their analytics needs
β’ Lead efforts in driving personalization strategies across digital properties, leveraging customer data to deliver tailored experiences and content.
β’ Collaborate with the Director of Digital Analytics and other senior leaders to shape long-term analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
You will come with
β’ 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, preferably within a retail or digital environment
β’ Proficient in SQL and solid understanding of relational database concepts
β’ Experience with predictive analytics or data science techniques using R or Python
β’ Strong collaboration skills with the ability to advocate for data-driven decision-making across teams
β’ Excellent communication skillsβable to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree strongly preferred)
