Role: Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics Location: Bethesda, MD - onsite Job Type: Contract to hire Role Focus Leadership Responsibilities: • Drive personalization and new strategy initiatives: • Predictive modeling • AI • A/B Testing • Metrics • Elevate team capabilities • Blend business needs with strong analytics execution Skills • Advanced Analytics & Modeling: • Predictive modeling, segmentation strategies, and customer lifetime value (CLV) frameworks. • Programming & Data Science: • Proficiency in R or Python for statistical and machine learning techniques. • Database & Querying: • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts (Must have). • Data Visualization & Reporting: • Ability to create compelling narratives and visualizations (PowerBI experience is a plus). • Digital Analytics Tools: • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and web optimization platforms. You will • Develop and oversee predictive models, segmentation strategies, and customer lifetime value (CLV) frameworks using machine learning and statistical techniques. Lead the continued evolution of our analytics capabilities, tools, and best practices. • Lead a team of analysts to measure performance and uncover insights and continuously refine digital analytics frameworks and the experimentation program • Build and deliver compelling narratives and visualizations that simplify complex analysis for executive stakeholders. • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help grow analytical capabilities within the team • Work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand and support their analytics needs • Lead efforts in driving personalization strategies across digital properties, leveraging customer data to deliver tailored experiences and content. • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Analytics and other senior leaders to shape long-term analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
