Senior Reporting, Dashboarding & Visualization Contractor

Contract: 12 months - Based on Performance and Business Needs Hybrid Required - (M/F Remote - T/W/TH Onsite) Role Summary Aesthetics Finance is seeking a senior contractor to help advance our reporting, dashboarding, and visualization capabilities. This role will play a key part in improving how we deliver insights, enabling more consistent and efficient reporting across teams, and supporting better decision-making through clear, well-designed dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will bring strong Power BI expertise, with additional experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) preferred. This individual should be able to work independently, partner effectively across stakeholders, and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities • Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements • Align similar use cases across teams to support consistency in reporting logic, structure, and format • Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that support business objectives • Develop intuitive, high-quality visualizations that improve visibility and support decision-making • Work cross-functionally to define metrics, reporting standards, and reusable design approaches • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and improve recurring reporting processes • Troubleshoot reporting issues and support ongoing enhancements as business needs evolve • Apply sound judgment, accountability, and independence in day-to-day execution • Bring SAC experience where applicable to support broader analytics and reporting needs Qualifications • Senior-level experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI • Strong background in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical deliverables • Experience aligning reporting needs across multiple teams, use cases, or formats • Ability to operate independently with limited oversight • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting finance or commercial analytics preferred • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience strongly preferred What Success Looks Like • Reporting and dashboard needs are translated into effective, actionable solutions • Stakeholders have access to consistent, reliable, and well-designed visualizations • Similar use cases are aligned to reduce duplication and improve standardization • The contractor operates independently while maintaining strong partnership and accountability • Aesthetics Finance benefits from improved reporting efficiency and insight delivery About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
