We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales Engineer who can communicate the value of our training programs to prospective students and guide them toward the right career track.
Position: Sales Engineer (Training & Career Programs)

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals and skill levels.
Explain the curriculum, learning outcomes, tools, and career pathways for roles such as:
Project Manager
Scrum Master
AI Engineer
Data Engineer
Six Sigma / Process Improvement Specialist
Clearly articulate how our training programs help learners understand core concepts and prepare for real job opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and training consultations.
Recommend the most suitable career track based on the customer's background and aspirations.
Collaborate with the training team to align sales messaging with course content and job-market trends.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
Meet enrollment targets and support marketing efforts by participating in webinars and events.
Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs and training improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
1–3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, student enrollment, or training program sales.
Strong understanding of at least one area: project management, Scrum/Agile, AI/ML concepts, cloud, or data engineering basics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners in simple, clear language.
Customer-centric mindset with strong consultative selling abilities.
Comfortable with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and demo presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with EdTech, Bootcamps, or Career Coaching companies.
Certifications such as PMP, CSM, AWS, Google Cloud, or Six Sigma (not required but a plus).
Understanding of job-market trends in tech and project management.
